Recently kids have been going around our school and leaving scuff marks from their shoes on the tile. This is very disrespectful to our school and the janitors that have to clean them up at the end of the school day. The janitors take about an hour each night just to clean up these marks.
This takes away from their time because when they clean up the rooms and everything else, they have to take an extra hour just to clean up the other marks. Some of the scuff marks are accidental, according to Sierra custodian, Mr. Jose, "But if they are on purpose, they are usually bigger and you can tell they were on purpose.”
If you see any marks or you see any kids making these marks, report it to the janitor or the principal right away.
